The $200 deposit is non-refundable. The remainder of payment is due 3 days prior to your session. You will be contacted by Sun staff to make payment arrangements. Any additional time over the block booked will be charged at the end of the night. 
Cancelling or rescheduleing within 48 hours of your session will result in a loss of deposit. 
If you need to reschedule, please do so with as much advance notice as possible. Only 2 date changes will be permitted without loss of deposit. 
We ask that only people essential to the session are present. (musicians, videographer, producer, etc.) If you have more than 2 non-essential guests, you must request permission. Additional guests are subject to an extra fee if more staff are needed.
We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the building, however, smoking is permitted outside.
Regardless of intent to film or usage of the material, a media release must be filled out.
